The Guest House is a quality four star B&B conveniently located near Falmouth town centre.

We are within walking distance to the main shops, restaurants, art galleries, Maritime Museum and the CUC Woodlane Campus.

We are a small, friendly, family run business.  Our aim is to offer our guests a comfortable and relaxed stay where you will wish to return and recommend us to your friends. Recently refurbished, all three double rooms have new en-suite facilities to make your stay even more enjoyable. An additional single room is available when booked with a double room and is suitable for a third adult or child. No frills, pink, lace or swirly carpets at The Guest House, just comfortably furnished and well equipped rooms with flat screen TV/DVD’s, hairdryers, hot drink making facilities, free WiFi and DVD library. Our choice of delicious breakfasts cater for all dietary needs and are sourced locally where possible. Try our famous homemade Bircher style muesli!

Falmouth can easily be explored by foot from The Guest House. Arwenack Street and Church Street, the main shopping areas of Falmouth, are within a five minutes walk. The town has an interesting mix of Art galleries, privately owned shops as well as the usual High Street chains, coffee shops, bistros, pubs and clubs and these all make Falmouth a great place to visit. The interesting Maritime Museum and the CUC Woodlane Campus are a short walk from The Guest House.

The Guest House has some of the best views in Falmouth take a sneak peak at the Large Family Attic Room. We offer  free collection from the train and bus stations and collection from and delivery to Newquay Airport can be arranged on request.
